Terry Allen has deep roots and passion for ministers and their families.
From growing up in a pastor's home, to being together in ministry for the past 36 years, Terry and his wife, Samalee, are very aware of the stresses and challenges of ministry.

Terry saw firsthand as his mother, now a widow, endured the stress and loss of his father passing from a fatal heart attack on the parsonage floor. Immediately following, she submitted the family’s resignation from pastoring the church, and life-altering career upheaval quickly followed. It’s fair to say “things drastically changed” inside the span of a few weeks for the Allen Family.

Suicide has even crept into our ranks as good men and women have succumbed to pressure and illness. I will not sit idly by any longer and do nothing.”
